Art in the manner of….Picasso and his many styles
This project involves 3 people who create 4 products: 125 pts
1. a fact sheet: Picasso general dates and events, brief description of style, brief summary of influences, listing of major works of this style Final March 21/22
2. a power point showing art by Picasso in this style: organized by date or subject. Notation of any works in VMFA exhibit Draft 21/22
4. an interview for El Mundo with the Picasso discussing his work in this style, his influences etc draft 12/22.
3. a picture in the manner of…… March 23/4
DETAILS
1. Fact sheet: in Spanish using preterite and imperfect tenses. Brief biography, brief description of style, influences, characteristics. Listing of major works, esp those in the VMFA show
2. Power point: No more that 10 slides showing representative works in this this style, organized in some logical manner. Need title, date for each work. This is to be narrated. May use notes.
3. 1 1/2 minute interview with “Picasso” discussing this body of work. In Spanish, using imperfect and preterite tenses, question words, numbers.
4. Art work in the manner of. This can be any medium used by Picasso, not a copy but in interpretation in the manner of.
